I started Renee's Unique Gifts and Specialties in 1999 while I was caring for my ill Mother. I quit my job, rented out my home, and moved in with my elderly parents to help Mother spend her last months with dignity; surrounded by family who loved her. After my Mother's death I found a market for Sunchimes and started selling them locally. I moved back home in June of 2000, and by the end of the year started a small website with the help of my daughter. Now with the closing of the year 2001 we have been able to add new products to our line of Solar Chimes. Renee's Unique Gifts is licensed by the state of Mississippi. We pay sales taxes on a monthly basis and claim all of the income on our Federal Income Tax.
